Antioxidants – all hype?

I am getting caught up in the whole ORAC measurements and antioxidant‘s anti-aging power. I am drinking more green tea and eating more cranberries and goji berries, and daily vitamin E supplements. I feel good about my better dieting but can’t help but think if antioxidants are all hype. What makes one antioxidant different from others? For instance, if vitamin C is an antioxidant, why can’t I just drink more Hi-C (ignoring the high sugar content) to get my antioxidants? Should I just ignore claims from foods that say antioxidants are super cool and just focus more on other aspects of the food???

Anti-aging suggestions?

So I take really good care of myself, exercise, eat healthy, sunscreen, supplements. I would like more suggestions on keeping skin as young, tight, and glowing as possible.

Could you explain the limitating mechanism of cellular replication please? I’m really interested in anti aging medicine and i’ve read that one of the biggest obstacle of AAM is the cell’s mechanism to limiting it’s replication and regeneration……
So is there anyway to avoid the Hayflick limit in progeny cells without injecting extra telomerase into cells (which is currently impossible to do and risky)
