I travel quite a bit for my job and the number one question people ask is, “how old are you?” From the time I was 13, people have always guesstimate my age as 3 years older. A lot of people do consider me mature for my age and I like that. Today, a new colleague and I were going through photos and he automatically assumed that the photos were taken last month or so. When I told him that they were taken in 2006, he flipped. He said that when I get old, I will be “OLD” looking. Had it come from a girl, I would have been able to brush it off; but a guy said it and that bites. I’m not attracted to him or anything, but it hurt like hell. My aunts are all in their late 50s and they don’t look a day over 40. I have good genes, (maternally and paternally) so what’s wrong with me? My dad went grey prematurely, but once he shaves, he looks his age! How can I slow down or reverse aging so quickly?? Please help.

I am 42 and I see tons of different companies “pimping” their product. They claim they have the best product out there because of this ingredient or that ingredient…what is important to look for? I think I look pretty darned good but I can tell a difference from 10 years ago…I want to fight the signs of aging on my skin
