When we’re looking at anti aging skin care ingredients, we have to be very picky about who we choose to listen to, and what we choose to believe.

There are so much bad information out there now, that you and I, we really have educate ourselves and be knowledgeable about what we buy, and how much we pay for it.

Did you know for example that many anti aging skin care ingredients are harmful? For example, did you know that the term fragrance can refer up to 4,000 different ingredients, many of which are toxic for the human body? I didn’t know that either, and when I found out, I was pretty amazed.

Another big one is parabens, it is widely used as a preservative in almost all the top selling skin care products, because it is cheap and it does its job. But there is a downside, some studies say that parabens may cause cancer, and it can also affect your estrogen levels, not good.

But this article is all about what anti aging skin care ingredients work, if you want more information on what to avoid, I suggest you do some research.

Here are 4 proven ingredients that I have had the best results with:

Jojoba Oil
Jojoba has been around a long, long time. Jojoba oil is made from the jojoba bush, and it is deeply moisturizing, and will help your skin feel soft, reduce wrinkles, and get rid of stretch marks.

Phytessence Wakame
This is an ingredient that comes from Japan, it is a Japanese sea algae, and in Japan it is prized for its effectiveness in keeping the Japanese people looking younger longer. It has many vitamins, minerals, and antixoidants. Phytessence wakame is proven to reduce wrinkles in clinical trials.

Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10
This is a special form of Coenzyme Q10, which I think you’ve heard a lot about. The problem with regular Coenzyme Q10 is that it does not penetrate deeply into your skin, this diminishes the potential effects it can have on your skin. Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 on the other hand is a lipid form of Coenzyme Q10 which can penetrate very deeply into your skin, and through going deep it becomes very effective.

Avocado Oil
Avocados contain essential fatty acids that are not only beneficial for your skin, but for your health too. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids which will help your skin counteract the effects of UV radiation, and this reduces free radicals, and how fast you age. Avocados also contain Omega-9 fatty acids which help your blood flow, and we all know that as we get older, we tend to get colder. A body that has good blood flow will have a lot better looking skin.

These are among the best anti aging skin care ingredients that have been proven for me to work, and I hope you will get a chance to try them out.

I always try to keep the anti aging skin care ingredients that I try completely natural. I have sensitive skin so I always react to those chemicals in bad skin care products.
