OK many issues here, but I prefer to deal with this naturally . I HAVE CHOSEN TO GO WITH NATUROPATHS, I AM NOT ASKING YOUR OPINION ON IF THEY ARE GOOD OR NOT. IF I DIE FROM THIS CHOICE, IT IS MY PREROGATIVE.to start with as high blood pressure does NOT run in my family and I had low blood pressure until I got Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The natural dr, about 25 years ago told me to eat all the salt I wanted to because I have thyroid issues and when she took me off of it for a period of time, I had no energy. But this past year+, I had been eating tons of salt on tons of popcorn ( emotional eating) and now I found my kidneys are showing signs of “issues’ via a reflexologist/iconic footbath and my blood pressure is high when I wake up and low after I am moving around a lot. Did eating all that salt “ruin” my kidneys ? I have other issues, I have taken anti depressants for years, and am weaning down. I have had a very hot head and it is better, but I am showing signs of something, I have no health insurance , so it is nearly impossible for me to see a naturopath. My health is basically like my dads and he had his carotid arteries cleaned out, but I think in his 70′s ? He just died at age 94 . His dad died of a cerebral hemorrhage at age 70 in 1954. Our family health record is basically very good, but I got CFS. I’m just trying to give as much info as possible ;) If you have more questions or things I should consider, please tell me, When I go walking, and test my blood pressure, it is in the very normal range, but goes up to 145/85 several times in the day. How can this be, How does the blood pressure system operate in a way that goes down when I exercise ?
