Will anti-aging products prevent our skin from aging? probably not if the person is smoking, sun bathing, consuming excess alcohol, eating junk food, and experiencing high levels of stress. Chemical Peel: Your doctor applies an acid to the affected areas, which burns the outer layer of your skin. With medium-depth peels, the entire epidermis and a small part of the dermis removed. New skin forms to take its place. The new skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than your old skin. Redness lasts up to several weeks. With superficial peels, After a series of peels, you may notice less fine wrinkling in your skin and a fading of brown spots.

Botox Injections: It is best for not too deep wrinkles on the forehead, frown lines or around the eyes. The results last anywhere from two to six months, depending on locations of the wrinkles and how fast your body absorbs the chemical.

Face-lift: The face-lift procedure involves removing excess skin and fat in your lower face and neck and tightening the underlying muscle and connective tissue.Healing times will be lengthy after a face-lift. Bruising and swelling are usually for several weeks after surgery.

Anti aging does not have to mean turning to facial cosmetic surgery or harsh skin rejuvenation treatments. Increasingly there is a trend to focus on anti aging beauty from within.
