Can a 19 year old start using anti aging cream?

I was wondering whether using anti aging cream rather then normal moisturizer would make a bigger difference in the future for my skin

there are a lot of theories out there that say that using anti aging cream may help keep your face smooth as you age, but there aren’t studies that prove that people using a good moisturizer on a regular basis won’t get equally good results. i would stick with a good moisturizer that you like and use it religiously.
um, your 19. not 50.
There’s absolutely no reason why you can’t use it – as long as you make sure you have the correct treatments for your skin type.
The best hint I can give you is: avoid exposure to the sun without sunscreen and shade etc. The minute you get burnt or tanned your skin cells become “traumatised” (hence the change in skin colour) because they’re being cooked by the heat – just like meat in an oven!
Personally, I’d use a moisturiser with spf 30+ sunscreen in it for day use. Leave the anti-aging treatments (if you decide to go that way) for at night. You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars to look after your skin for the future.
