Anti-aging at 18 years old?

I’ll be 18 years old in 2 weeks. I’m a life extensionist, so I’m trying to slow down aging as much as I can, and stay youthful as long as possible. Obviously when your older, anti-aging can come in many forms, but is it possible at age 17/18? Dark circles at young age: how can I reduce them?

I am only 16, but I have really heavy, dark circles under my eyes. I had them for a while, but they seem to be worse for the past year or so. I can cover up the darkness with makeup, but you can still see the circles. They are slightly puffy also. I get enough sleep, I have a good diet, and I’m pretty sure I am getting enough water. I have tried tea bags, cucumbers, potatoes, and a lot more. I use Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller, but it doesn’t seem to help at all. What are some home remedies that may work and/or relatively inexpensive products–creams, gels, etc.? Thank you!!

What is the cause of MY itchyness?

Recently I have gotten to the point where the area in between my eyes/eyebrows and a little around the corners of my eyes is very itchy. I put cream on it, but within a few hours its so itchy, I well… scratch it. Which results in that area being covered by dead/semi-scratched skin… (It looks like I’m sheding bits of my skin… >,< ) What is the cause of this? As well, I am very itchy/ dry in the shoulder region. (I'm female, but it isn't because of my bra strap.) And I'm also quite itchy on the front of my neck...

-Could it be stress? A little over a month ago, my grandpa passed away, 2 weeks ago our dog was put down because of old age, and now my Grandma lives in the room across from me. Not to mention there is this girl at my school stalking me... (in the change rooms, in the halls, etc.)
-Could it be because I'm dehydrated? I haven't changed my diet. If anything, it's probably HEALTHIER. I've had this for a few weeks.
-I cried alot when my grandpa passed away and the area around my eyes were very dry from wiping away tears.... Could this be from that?
- A sign my period might be coming soon? (I'm 14+ and haven't had it yet... No spotting... etc)
- I've been using the same anti-frizz shampoo for years.... So I don't think it's that....
- I've been told I might need to change my bedsheets.... (I do regularily....XI) But I did again anyways, and there is NO difference.
