What are the best fruits to eat to slow down the facial aging process or all of aging itself. I know we can’t stop it but we can slow it down. I eat oranges and strawberries daily along with drinking nothing but water, I exercise and do not drink or smoke.

I’m in my early twenties, and this may seem like a rather vain question, but what anti-aging skin products should I be looking for?
From my understanding, it’s best to start treating your skin as early as possible (and I care very much about my skin). A lot of products are used to reverse wrinkles and such, but I’m looking for the cream/moisturizer that would be most fitting for my age, seeing as how I haven’t developed much for wrinkles yet.

Strength training has been proven to help the body naturally produce HGH. The more you train the more your body produces HGH. Strength training is taking exercises to specifically strengthen certain muscles. You can do this by spending 20 minutes a day 3 times a week at your local gym or fitness center. Or if you have some simple equipment you can do this at home. Just some simple squats can stimulate the body to make HGH and help you lose weight as well. It will take about 24-48 hours for your body to build up HGH.
