Coenzyme Q10 lotion: really help prevent aging?
On the box of my Eucerin Q10 Anti-Wrinkle creme, it says “Together with Vitamin E and Beta-Carotene, it also forms a powerful antioxidant complex to protect against the damaging effects of free radicals.”
Does this Q10 really help prevent aging?
Also, I’m in my late 20s, and have been looking for some good wrinkle preventing lotion. I don’t have wrinkles and want to keep it that way. Is this kind of lotion the way to go?
Thanks

Yes, it is one of the anti aging ingredients developed in the past 2-3 years or so. It’s recommendable. Hyaluronic acid is another one on the market, and collagen, just to name the few. They are all beneficial to keep unwanted premature wrinkles in check. I have been using all of the above religiously, and my under eye craw feet look much better. Best to use the serum type, for it does not have as many fillers of patroleum derivatives unlike creams.
