you say its good for the 30 or 40 year olds looking for an hgh boost, what about a 20 year old look for that same boost to build muscle safely? You should not take this. Since you are in pueberty right now your body is already making all teh HGH it needs. Let your genetics work. You have to wait until you are mature enough that you need more HGH to be release which is what this product is designed to.

Height has a lot to do with heritary traits. And since your growing stage is over it probably won’t help in the height aspect.
