HELP! Is it possible to look 25 at age 40 (PLEASE READ)?
I am an 18 year old female. People say I look 16 though. Once I hit 18, I started thinking about the future. I’m scared to get wrinkles and stuff. I have never smoked a single cigarette in my life, and I have only had 2 SIPS of alcohol before. I wash my face in the morning and at night. Also I use a light exfoliator (morning and night) Plus I moisturize afterwards, and at a random time mid-day. My moisurizer is built in with a sunscreen so i get protection from there. As for makeup, I used to wear it for school (not EVERY day) But now I haven’t worn it since my grad. maybe once or twice after. I’m going to work on just wearing it for special occasions =)
I drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat REALLY healthy and exercise atleast 1 hour every day. I eat blueberries a lot, because i heard it was anti aging, plus they taste good! lol. I also drink green tea. I use a stronger exfoliator twice a week, steam my face twice a week, and use homemade face masks 3 times a week. Also, both my parents look younger than their age. Should I be worried? I’m doing my best to stay healthy.

With a lifestyle like that your skin is probably beautiful!!!! Keep on the good work!
No, it is not possible to look 25 when you are 40, but you will look better than most people if you ALWAYS wear sunblock and if you have Botox regularly.
Depends on your genetics, a healthy life style will help but if you’re DNA doesn’t allow for it there isn’t much you can do.
BTW, worrying causes wrinkles, so chill out about how you look, aging gracefully is always better than trying everything to look younger (you can always tell a botox addict).
Oh, don’t worry so much about the future. Live in the present, and just continue your healthy lifestyle. You’ll be fine
And at 40, you’ll realize that there’s more to life than just looking nice, so it won’t even matter that much to you anyway. You’ll regret spending all your youth worrying about getting old.
So just live life, you’re young. Have fun
