How can one get Asian skin?
And by asian I mean far east, like oriental. I don’t want anybody getting mad lol.
I have heard a lot of theories about how they have beautiful skin with great smoothness, elasticity, flawless, and ageless features:
1). I’ve heard one, they’re born with it. That is until they come to the US and get fat and develop skin problems (a few of my friends, who came here on exchange, got fat and developed skin problems).
2). The diet. Seaweed, which is full of nutrients, supposedly helps with skin, hair, and overall wellbeing.
3). I have no clue! The X factor.
What do you guys think? I also hear putting olive oil on your skin (which i’ve been doing for 3 days successfully w/o breakouts) helps because of its anti-aging properties. But Ihear they don’t usually use a lot of stuff over there. It comes naturally (jealousy!)

How about you die,
Get reborn into an asian.
You have to go in the sun and get tan. Then you have to put lotion on and use a soothing shower gel in the shower.
I got that type of skin because I am from east asia
. And yeah My family and I moved to the u.s and gotten fat =/. But we don’t have skin problems.
My grandma is fully Japanese and is 74 but her skin is ravaged. She smoked since she was 20 something.
My dad is 52 and has really nice skin. He’s lived in America his whole life. He doesnt really do anything! No special food or anything!
And me, I’m 25% Japanese and my skin is pretty nice for a 17 year old; I’ve never had acne or anything and Ive lived in America all my life!
My mom is Russian but has gorgeous skin for being 47.
All the factors I think are:
Not smoking, staying out of the sun, using sunscreen, and avoiding living in areas with pollution!
i didnt know they had different skin than us?
well, if you want nice healthy skin follow these steps:
1. exfoliate once a week
2. wash your face twice a day
3.moisturize daily
4. SPF all the time! sun damage causes early wrinkles and spots
5. drink ALOT of water, think about it, dehydrated skin cells will shrivel
6. eat a healthy diet, sugar can cause breakouts, so dont drink a lot of soda, or eat a lot of candy
you can also use anti aging creams, try the brand ROC, you can get it at CVS, its reallly good
peace and much love
Its definitely more genes than diet, my parents were born in China and look VERY young for their age. My sister and I were born in America and had “american diets,” of pretty fatty/oily foods and we both never got acne…
btw…
My dad smoked for i think 40+ years and my mom has a cabinet full of beauty products…
…maybe it’s tea?
genes and environment play a major role, but also diet. environment for example, i know you’re talking about east asians though, but some/many southeast asian also have the skin you’re talking about. it’s because of the moisture in the air=youthful looking skin
