im 18. should i start using anti aging products to prevent premature aging?

if i should what should i use? im talking about stuff like moisturizers. should i use the olay stuff at cvs? will it be too harsh for younger skin?

Just make sure you clean your skin daily. Never sleep with your makeup on! Use a really good moisturizer every morning and every night. You don’t need anti-aging products, just good quality products. Also, ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN OUTSIDE!! If your face gets too much sun, you will pay the price in the future no matter what you put on your face!!
The number one contributor to aging is the sun and all those harmful rays. The best thing you can do is wear either lotion or make up that has spf in it. This won’t be to harsh for your face and it will slow down the effects of aging. You really shouldn’t be using wrinkle creams yet… you have no wrinkle to fight and just want to prevent now. SPF your best friend!
Start using a daily moisturizer with SPF. Neutrogena protects are great they aren’t too heavy. Sun exposure really contribute to aging. Eat right and don’t smoke.
There is a product that I have purchased recently that has done wonders with my skin. I have very fair, fragile skin, so I search for a natural product that didn’t have all these harsh chemicals in it that would turn my skin red and make me break out.
