No. Using too many product at a young age can be harsh on your skin, leading to even more wrinkles when you’re creeping on 40.
It’s good to start early, but not that early! Experts say you don’t need anti aging stuff before 25 (22 at the very least), and I agree with them. Get regular facials and other feel-good treatments to keep your skin looking good.Use products that will maintain what you currently have, and take off your make-up at night. As for the dark circles ask around for home remedies or head to your dermatologist for suggestions. Good luck!
They won’t make it worse, but its not necessary yet to buy products that *treat* wrinkles. I’m 15 and am worried about wrinkles now too, and have researched it. The best think to do is to eat enough fruit and veg and everything else which is important cos ur skin will need all the fat and protein and nutrients to keep it strong, and also wear high SPF everyday, even in winter (up to 90% of wrinkles are caused by sun damage, I use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF 85)
Don’t wear harsh makeup, and keep your skin moisturised ALL THE TIME! Try wearing tinted moisturiser instead of makeup and applying it several times a day. Also get into a good regime of *gentle* but thorough cleansing, toning and moisturing really well with good quality moisturiser. The Olay Regenerist Daily 3 point treatment cream or whatever is good no just because its aimed at older people trying to prevent wrinkles but also because it is sooo moisturisng, even more than ones that cost like £100.
If you protect your skin from the sun, nourish it from the inside out with good food and maybe supplements, and keep it really moisturised and detoxed then you should keep your skin really healthy. I a few years you might want to take precautions even further, by using Tretinoin (Retin-A) which is the only topical treatment proven to actually prevent and reduce wrinkles, despite hundreds of claims made by cosmetics companies.
Good luck, and don’t feel silly for wanting to keep your skin beautiful!!
I’d just quit smoking…
