Is it ok to mix different brands of skin care ?

I want to use 3 step and sunblock from Clinique and skin care anti aging+ blackhead treatment from another brand ?

yea, use whatever works for you, it’s not like there’s a brand police…lol, i would seriously be arrested, sometimes there are systems that a certain brand have but that combo sounds fine
um well i use alot of stuff for my skin and the results are great so go ahead but if u have an allergic reaction to it or u feel irritating on ur skin stop using both cause it depends on the product
yup, you just have to see if the caution thing on the back of the bottles or whatever they come in says not to mix with certain products. everything will be fine with those unless caution says other wise.

I just wonder if you would be better off using a gentle cleanser (Purpose, drugstore brand), gentle alcohol-free toner (Neutrogena makes a good one – blue bottle), and a decent moisturizer (this is where I would spend the bulk of my money – I love Philosophy’s Hope In A Jar).
A great blackhead treatment is Paula’s Choice 2% Beta-Hydroxy Acid Liquid. It is pH balanced to actually work.
For anti-aging I alternate between Retin-A-Micro (prescription) and various retinol products (haven’t found one that compares to my RAM).
It should be noted that I do not use RAM at the same time as my PC’s 2% BHA Liquid.

They always tell you not to mix it with other products, but unless you have extremely sensitive skin it won’t be a problem.

yeah. its fine. just make shure the scents are fine together.
The companies want you to think that it’s bad to mix, but it really makes no difference in most cases. As long as you aren’t using acne creams with lots of potent ingredients, you won’t damage skin.
