		<description>I think you need the surgery...I also think you need to keep off that bad knee as using it will harm any healing that may be trying to happen.  I believe its too late for a shot/cortisone to help your burst bursa.  You are young so I think you will heal well and be back to regular activity before too long.</description>

		<description>You could ask the doctor if he thinks a shot would help.  Sometimes shots help.  How long it would last I don&#039;t know.  I personally think you&#039;re looking at surgery.</description>
