i have 4 cats (ill name them so theres no confusion) Splodge, Dennis Star and Guiness.(first 3 males, last female-all neautured except Splodge, all aged between 1-1 and a half years) we rescued a fifth, Willow, she has now gone to the cats protection league.after rescueing her,we noticed she had SEVERE diarrhea, wattery, mucusy, bloody etc.we treated her with anti biotics, the bllod and mucus cleared up,but diarrhea stayed.she then went to CPL,just before she did Star and Splodge developed diarreah and have both lost a little weight. (dennis doesnt have it-not sure about guiness) all my cats are currently being treated for resputary infections (star for the second time in 3 weeks).Star was due for a blood test for aids& lukemia after the first infection, but at his checkup was fine so vet decided not to do it. i mentioned the diorrhea, and he said because he (and the others) are fine within themselves and happy, theres prob nothing wrong and he perscribed kaogel, but that isnt really having any affect.i dont see how persistant diarrhea CANNOT be a problem.he suggested it could just be stress as i made it clear their diet hasnt been changed or anything, but i dont see how this can be the case.their stools arent watery like Willows were, just very very runny.Willow was later diagnosed with “torrovirus” but our vet has never heared of it (and not many have) i just wondered if anyone has any advice.i simply cannot afford to keep taking each cat to the vet all the time at £32 a time! any help will be greatly appreciated!
thankyou
this diarrhea has been going on now for about 2 months or so.
thanks suzy cutes, theres no link though?

Did you know that, according to outofthedarkness.org more Americans suffer from depression than coronary heart disease, cancer and HIV/AIDS? Depression causes suicide, monetary losses, immense emotional suffering, and other diseases. The Uplift Program says that 15% of depressed people will commit suicide. This contributes to the 33,000 people in the United States that commit suicide every year. Outofthedarkness also says that 75% of people who die by suicide suffer from major depression. The Uplift Program also states that according to studies depression will be the second largest killer after heart disease by 2020. There is also the financial aspect. The previous source goes on to state that depression results in more absenteeism than almost any other physical disorder and costs employers more than US$51 billion per year in absenteeism and lost productivity, not including high medical and pharmaceutical bills. Studies are increasingly linking more illnesses to depression, including: osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, some forms of cancer, eye disease and back pain. Arguable the biggest consequence of depression is the deep emotional pain. Hopelessness, loneliness, and feelings of inadequacy are very common. The biggest symptom is just utter despair and misery with no hope. No one should have to live through that.
Depression is caused in the brain. It is a physical disorder, like asthma or a vitamin deficiency. With a combination of therapy and anti-depressants 80% of depression can be significantly improved. So why is it that 80% of depression goes untreated, leading to years in emotional pain or suicide? The answer is in the social stigma applied to depression and a lack of education. 54% of people believe that depression is a personal weakness, according to the uplift program. This leads to people hiding it, not wanting to be labeled as “emo” or weird. No one can deny how judgmental teens are, and this is why it needs to be discussed and talked about. There is also the fact that there is practically no education on depression. The Illinois State Board of Education’s website lists state goals for health education. They list that students should know how to wash hands by a certain age or talk about pollution’s effect on our health but nowhere do they mention the 3rd highest killer of teenagers. At any given point more people are suffering from depression than colds, yet our state thinks it is more important to educate us on the flu?! Health class is mandated all the way to high school, but they couldn’t find one week to dedicate to it?

Here is my speech. it is not finished. i can’t think of anything else to put in. I need 100 more words. can you help me pls. thank you!
Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are going to get. Good morning everyone. I am here to talk about the delicious chocolate. Have you ever wondered when chocolate started and who first invented it? The chocolate started over 2000 years ago. The word chocolate comes from the Aztec word chocolat. It means bitter water. Chocolate comes from the seed of a cacao tree where is mostly found at tropical places like in west Africa. The cacao tree waworshipeded by the Mayacivilizationon of Central America and Southern Mexico. They are the ones who first discovered chocolate. According to the legend, the Aztec ruler consumed up to fifty cups of chocolate drink a day. The Aztec treat the chocolate as the food of Gods. The Aztecs and the Spaniards used cacao seeds as their currency. The Spaniards invaded the Aztecs and brought the cacao seeds back home to Spain and the chocolate drink was popular in Spain then it spread throughout Europe where new technologies and innovation changed the texture and thflavorur of chocolate.
Good chocolate always gives a rich and fulflavorur. There are 4 different main types of chocolate such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, bittersweet and white chocolate. Dark chocolate is the healthiest chocolate of all. Dark chocolate is a stronflavorur than milk chocolate. There are many health benefits of dark chocolate. It contains high anti- oxidants that can lower blood pressure and can prevent bad cholesterol and heart disease. Dark chocolate is a substitute for a glass of wine. There is an ingredient of chocolate called theobromine that can prevent you from coughing. Many adults prefer dark chocolate and most of the children prefer milk chocolate. Scientists theorize that this is because of dark chocolate’s stronger taste. as taste buds age they become less sensitive, and dark chocolate is a more prominenflavorur for adults. Chocolate can have a risk of being obesity especially. Milk chocolate contains milk powder or condensed milk. Milk chocolate is high in calories and fat. In fact, it was prescribed to help fatten up patients suffering from wasting disease like tuberculosis. One researcher at the aromocology patch experimented with helping patients lose weight by having them sniff a chocolate-scented patch whenever they are were tempted to eat chocolate. White chocolate is formed of a mixture of cacao butter , sugar and milk. Chocolate is poisonous to animals because of the theobromine. White chocolate is the only chocolate that is not poisonous to animals. If you are feeling down or depressed, eat chocolate. Chocolate may increase your happiness. Chocolate is a good source of energy and can boost your immune system. Chocolate is a healthy diet and it is good for your body. It can relax you and even prolong your life.
According to NCA survey, older children are significantly more likely to prefer chocolate than younger children.
Chocolate is one of the most popular treats on holidays like Christmas, Easter, birthdays and especially valentines day. There is popular belief that chocolate can cause acne. But the U.S naval academy found that chocolate doesn’t cause you acne. Chocolate prevents your skin from ageing. It can soften your skin, remove wrinkles and blemishes. Chocolate is not only for eating and drinking. It can also used as a hair product. It can make your hair shiny. There are many chocolate products today like chocolate bath, soap, perfume and candles. Do you know that the world’s largest chocolate bar weighs 2 million kg? It’s length is 3,020 cm and it’s width is 1,060 cm. It was made by nestle company. You know what is good with chocolate? Dipped a strawberry or other fruits to a chocolate. And also you can dip a marshmallow on a chocolate.

Why are there so many misconceptions about Prophet Muhammad?
Often I find that critics of Islam revert to the same points about Prophet Muhammad, none of which are true. These include
1) He had sex with Aisha at 9 years old – Based on Hadiths proven to be false
2) He spread religion by the sword – not true at all
3) He forced conversions and killed innocent people – this is ridiculous slander and historically inaccurate.
I think we can all agree that the more knowledge one has about a topic, the closer their opinion will be to the truth. So lets see what non-Muslim historians and scholars have to say about Muhammad, remember, these are people that have studied the historical facts about Muhammad in far greater detail than most people.

15 year old guy, 284 when last weighed, 5’10″. Self-esteem problems. On medication, 2 anti-depressants and one mood stabilizer, heard the antis cause increased appetite, cause I’ve been eating a lot lately, being summer vacation and all.
I’ve basically spent the whole summer where I am now, just surfing the web. Feel horrible, have HBP, major depression, Asperger’s syndrome, probably high cholesterol, at risk for diabetes and probably other stuff I didn’t know about. House is stocked with crap, eat fast food probably about once a week, sometimes more. Anything I can do would be appreciated. Can’t ride a bike or rollerblade btw, too embarassed to learn at this age, won’t join Weight Watchers, ditto for a gym until I lose a little and would be able to do something. Also horrible at sports. Feels a little hopeless most of the time
.
I said I would join a gym, just not straightaway. I might look into WW if its online, and i’m already seeing a therapist. It’s just a matter of motivation I guess.

Please let me know if anyone knows of a good doctor that will listen to symptoms and past history of chronic hives.
I got them in 1994 and they were in such a vicious cycle that they would not stop until I had a series of steroid injections and pills for one month. They would calm down and then slowly start up again in the legs and eventually spread everywhere. They are mostly in the legs and buttocks.
It seemed like I would get them when I had sinus infections paired up with stepping foot on a cold surface. Yes, cold floors set off the hives. Even pressure and touch when they were in overtime.
