I’ve tried a sample of the Anti Aging skin care and like it okay. I was thinking about becoming a consultant.

Did you know that, according to outofthedarkness.org more Americans suffer from depression than coronary heart disease, cancer and HIV/AIDS? Depression causes suicide, monetary losses, immense emotional suffering, and other diseases. The Uplift Program says that 15% of depressed people will commit suicide. This contributes to the 33,000 people in the United States that commit suicide every year. Outofthedarkness also says that 75% of people who die by suicide suffer from major depression. The Uplift Program also states that according to studies depression will be the second largest killer after heart disease by 2020. There is also the financial aspect. The previous source goes on to state that depression results in more absenteeism than almost any other physical disorder and costs employers more than US$51 billion per year in absenteeism and lost productivity, not including high medical and pharmaceutical bills. Studies are increasingly linking more illnesses to depression, including: osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, some forms of cancer, eye disease and back pain. Arguable the biggest consequence of depression is the deep emotional pain. Hopelessness, loneliness, and feelings of inadequacy are very common. The biggest symptom is just utter despair and misery with no hope. No one should have to live through that.

Depression is caused in the brain. It is a physical disorder, like asthma or a vitamin deficiency. With a combination of therapy and anti-depressants 80% of depression can be significantly improved. So why is it that 80% of depression goes untreated, leading to years in emotional pain or suicide? The answer is in the social stigma applied to depression and a lack of education. 54% of people believe that depression is a personal weakness, according to the uplift program. This leads to people hiding it, not wanting to be labeled as “emo” or weird. No one can deny how judgmental teens are, and this is why it needs to be discussed and talked about. There is also the fact that there is practically no education on depression. The Illinois State Board of Education’s website lists state goals for health education. They list that students should know how to wash hands by a certain age or talk about pollution’s effect on our health but nowhere do they mention the 3rd highest killer of teenagers. At any given point more people are suffering from depression than colds, yet our state thinks it is more important to educate us on the flu?! Health class is mandated all the way to high school, but they couldn’t find one week to dedicate to it?

Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are going to get. Good morning everyone. I am here to talk about the delicious chocolate. Have you ever wondered when chocolate started and who first invented it? The chocolate started over 2000 years ago. The word chocolate comes from the Aztec word chocolat. It means bitter water. Chocolate comes from the seed of a cacao tree where is mostly found at tropical places like in west Africa. The cacao tree waworshipeded by the Mayacivilizationon of Central America and Southern Mexico. They are the ones who first discovered chocolate. According to the legend, the Aztec ruler consumed up to fifty cups of chocolate drink a day. The Aztec treat the chocolate as the food of Gods. The Aztecs and the Spaniards used cacao seeds as their currency. The Spaniards invaded the Aztecs and brought the cacao seeds back home to Spain and the chocolate drink was popular in Spain then it spread throughout Europe where new technologies and innovation changed the texture and thflavorur of chocolate.

There is an ingredient of chocolate called theobromine that can prevent you from coughing. Many adults prefer dark chocolate and most of the children prefer milk chocolate. Chocolate can have a risk of being obesity especially. Milk chocolate contains milk powder or condensed milk. Milk chocolate is high in calories and fat. In fact, it was prescribed to help fatten up patients suffering from wasting disease like tuberculosis. One researcher at the aromocology patch experimented with helping patients lose weight by having them sniff a chocolate-scented patch whenever they are were tempted to eat chocolate. White chocolate is formed of a mixture of cacao butter , sugar and milk. Chocolate is poisonous to animals because of the theobromine. 15 year old guy, 284 when last weighed, 5’10″. Self-esteem problems. On medication, 2 anti-depressants and one mood stabilizer, heard the antis cause increased appetite, cause I’ve been eating a lot lately, being summer vacation and all.

I’ve basically spent the whole summer where I am now, just surfing the web. Feel horrible, have HBP, major depression, Asperger’s syndrome, probably high cholesterol, at risk for diabetes and probably other stuff I didn’t know about. House is stocked with crap, eat fast food probably about once a week, sometimes more. Anything I can do would be appreciated. Can’t ride a bike or rollerblade btw, too embarassed to learn at this age, won’t join Weight Watchers, ditto for a gym until I lose a little and would be able to do something. Also horrible at sports. Feels a little hopeless most of the time :( .
I said I would join a gym, just not straightaway. I might look into WW if its online, and i’m already seeing a therapist. It’s just a matter of motivation I guess.

Please let me know if anyone knows of a good doctor that will listen to symptoms and past history of chronic hives.

I got them in 1994 and they were in such a vicious cycle that they would not stop until I had a series of steroid injections and pills for one month. They would calm down and then slowly start up again in the legs and eventually spread everywhere. They are mostly in the legs and buttocks.

It seemed like I would get them when I had sinus infections paired up with stepping foot on a cold surface. Yes, cold floors set off the hives. Even pressure and touch when they were in overtime.

A Real Shocker About Vitamin Pills

This information came from Dr. Mercola’s website, www.mercola.com . He interviewed a scientist who had realized that magnesium stearate, an ingredient in virtually all my vitamin pills, was chalk. This stimulates the body to create a biofilm that was coating the interior of my gut, and was preventing me from absorbing nutrients from my food. Magnesium stearate apparently greases the machinery which makes pills. That is good for the machinery. Perhaps vitamin pill manufacturers believe their customers are machines that need greasing. Alternatively, they don’t care whether their products help or hurt their customers. I threw out my vitamin pills. I suggest you do the same. Can we trust these manufacturers?

AllergiClear contains the following natural ingredients:

Quercitin is a well known flavonoid, usually found mostly in onions and apples and is considered to be a ‘building block’ for other flavonoids. Flavonoids are important and powerful anti-oxidants found in fruits, vegetables and herbs and can also reduce inflammation, boost immunity, strengthen blood vessels and improve circulation. Quercitin is known for its ability to block the release of histamine, thereby preventing allergy symptoms like swollen nasal passages, congestion, sneezing, watery eyes and itchiness in eyes and nose. Other benefits include reduced risk of heart disease, stroke and cataracts, anticancer properties and the ability to promote stable blood sugar levels.

Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright) has been used since the Middle Ages to reduce eye inflammations. It may be used topically, but is very beneficial taken internally to reduce watery, painful and itchy eyes caused by colds and allergies. Other benefits include the maintenance of good vision and eye health.
