I am almost 22 years old, female, and have been through a LOT in the last year or so… a very big break up, a huge move across the country, a major death..on top of trying to continue my schooling and working part-time. I think I have been depressed for a long time but I’m just now getting to a point of realizing it and I think that I starting to come out of it but I’m not sure, I have thought that in past months and then I felt equally depressed again. Anyway, I don’t want to go on anti-depressants, instead I am trying to do natural things to help me get out of it (aka..started working out, trying to cut back the caffeine/frequency of drinking, trying to cut back on the sugar, etc.)….and I think it is helping but I have been under a lot of stress and wanted to know, what is the best option for someone my age in terms of other natural remedies…I try to add a B vitamin to my multivitamin that I take everyday. Should I try st johns wort or magnesium?? Everything in my life is pretty good, I just think that it’s been so hard on me being so far away from my family when I’ve been down and out *a few bad boughts of homesickness*…
any suggestions would be great! or if anyone has had any similar experiences??
Also, 3 months ago I went off my birth control that I had been on a long time so I know my body has been going through a lot of changes…

I am looking for a good anti-aging face cream. I know there are many products out there that work really well, but have ridiculous prices. I have seen commercials mentioning cheap anti-aging creams that compare to the expensive kinds. Which is best? Thank You

Specifically ones for anti-aging. I’m 24, and I just started using anti-aging skin care products, but they’ve seemed to make my skin worse! Unevenly toned and a rouch texture. Even though the products claim they fight AGAINST these things! sheesh. Anyways, someone told me its because the chemicals in them must be too harsh for my skin.
Can you recommend any truely great all-natural face wash, toner, anti-aging serum (or whatever), and moisturizer?

So like, assuming we go into some post-apocolyptic age where you fend for your own territory and hunt your own food… what would be the best sniping rifle? Maybe something to double up as a food hunting rifle too. I was thinking something along the lines of a Remington 700? PSS version?
50 cal sniper rifle is a bit much dont ya think? I mean, I still want to remain humane… shoot him with one of those and he’ll be in a hundred different pieces. Plus, once you shoot it, everyones going to know where you are. Those things are loud as hell.
Also, wouldn’t a semi-auto rifle be a better choice? I haven’t seen anyone recommend one of those.
Yeah, I realized I had spelled *personnel wrong about 10 seconds after I had posted. But thanks for pointing it out. Haha.

- Best Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid contains BioEnhancedTM Na-RALA, the sodium salt of R-Lipoic acid (RLA)
- Unlike pure RLA, BioEnhancedTM Na-RALA is a stabilized form of RLA that won?t degrade at high temperatures, is more bioavailable than regular RLA and has no solvent residues
- Lipoic acid (LA) plays an important role in glucose metabolism and energy production Because it is soluble in both water and fat, LA is known as the ?universal antioxidant ? LA occurs in two forms, designated as ?R? and ?S ?
- Studies suggest that RLA, the natural form, is more biologically active than the S form

I hear people start to wear them in early ages of 8 or 13.
When is the best time to use them?
I also hear that if you use the products for many years than you get worst results.
