I would like to lose at least 20 lbs, firm up and build some muscle. I don’t want any crazy diets or pills. I don’t just want a quick fix. I used to work out (at a gym), and I liked it…except when it got too crowded. Does someone out there know of a reputable website/trainer that can help me?
It’s summer now and I’m very motivated!
