Salmon, tomatoes, green tea, any more significant other diets good for anti aging?

They say caloric restriction is good for anti-aging. So eat tiny portions. Certain supplements like vitamin C, vitamin E, Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, Resveratrol, and Pycnogenol are all supposed to help. Also, exercise, both cardio and weights while drinking plenty of water. Or you could sell your soul.

Migraines? I’ve suffered from them since age 6…. with time they’ve gotten worse. I HATE taking medications, specially pain killers. I’ve already become immune to most anti-inflammatory medications like motrin and Naproxen… and i refuse to take narcotics like Vicodin or Opiates like Percocet. I’ve taken them before when my migraines were ER worthy and got me a CT scan and a spinal tap… but I’m talking maybe once a year…
For the last few years I’ve controlled them with caffeine… its the only thing that seems to help keep them at a manageable level… however, due to some new medical concerns, I’ve cut caffeine from my system, so my migraines are back worse than ever for now, dealing with withdrawals. Is there anything else i can do? Supplements that work? I already take a daily multivitamin and Omega3 supplements… But is there anything else out there that can help?? Any other home remedies to try?? PLEASE help me.. Cause life is unbearable right now…
Thanks.. I do.. I drink a ton of water. I always have. Well over a gallon of water a day.

I’ve been eating grapes a lot lately, but I kinda forgot why. I think that I heard Dr. Mercola say that they were good for anti-aging, & had lots of antioxidants in them. Am I right?

I’m a 20 year old female, and I want to start taking preventive measures against signs of aging, since I am already starting to see wrinkles around my eyes. Does anyone have any good anti aging skin care products they recommend? I have very sensitive skin, and a fair complexion. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have been using egg whites and egg yolk to treat my acne. I first apply the egg whites, wash them off, then repeat but with egg yolk. I know that honey is good for the skin (antioxidants, anti-aging, etc.), so I am wondering if agave offers the same? I know both products are compared but there is little to no information about agave through my brief research online. So is agave good for the skin? And if so, in what ways?

I have pretty typical combination skin – super oily t-zone, normal to dry everywhere else. Anti-agers have scared me in the past due to their thickness…afraid it’ll clog pores and cause a break out, but there’s gotta be something good out there!
