Need serious help with my system?

I have an older Compaw Computer that has some problems.
Specs –
Intel Pentium IV
512 MB 133 MHZ SDram
40 Westsern Digital HDD
Stock Floppy/CDrom Drives
Nvidia FX 5200 (128 MB Dedicated AGP Video Card)
19 Inch White Compaq Monitor
Gigaware laser optical mouse (USB 2.0)
Standard Compaq PS/2 Keyboard
Sound Blaster 32 Bit Sound Card
Windows XP Pro W/ SP2

Now the problem. I sleep realy realy hard i guess you might say ? (like i can barely be woken up by anything) so i use my computer with the sound all the way up playing the song Sinner by drowning pool (good song an it is realy loud) Before i set it an went to sleep i was playing DaoC (Dark Age Of Camelot(ToA Client) perfectly in Avalon city. Logged out there set alarm for 4:30 AM an went to sleep. Woke me up but could not find volume on speakers so i pulled the plug out of the PSU.

Next morning i went started it up an now it like lags like hell. I have defragged, ran pro version of Lavasoft Anti-spyware/virus, system restore even dissasembled computer an put it back together an nothing fixed it. Only thing i have not done is wiped the HDD an reinstalled windows.

Since high school I have used a lot of different skin care products, usually the higher end like estee lauder, clinique, merle norman etc. I never could use grocery/drug store type because I would breakout.

I use something for a few months with great success, and then all of a sudden it stops working. Or, I immediately break out or get dry skin.

Help! How to get rid of dry skin???

I’m only 20 yrs old. I drink lots and lots of water and take multi vitamins!

My hands are the driest part of my body. I put good lotion on for dry skin and use dove anti aging body wash and I exfoliate. Why is my skin so dry???? and I’m always thirsty?

Could it be all the sweets I eat?
