On your 40th birthday (no offense to those 40 years young!)? At the first sign of lines around the eyes/mouth? I’m 25 and not really worried about aging right now, but I was just curious….
I should apologize for the 40th birthday comment. It’s just that the commercials rarely show women 30 or under using these products, so I wasn’t sure. I think 40 is the new 30 regardless of the products! :-) Age fabulously!

At what age should women start using anti aging or anti wrinkles .. should I use something else ?

AllergiClear contains the following natural ingredients:

Quercitin is a well known flavonoid, usually found mostly in onions and apples and is considered to be a ‘building block’ for other flavonoids. Flavonoids are important and powerful anti-oxidants found in fruits, vegetables and herbs and can also reduce inflammation, boost immunity, strengthen blood vessels and improve circulation. Quercitin is known for its ability to block the release of histamine, thereby preventing allergy symptoms like swollen nasal passages, congestion, sneezing, watery eyes and itchiness in eyes and nose. Other benefits include reduced risk of heart disease, stroke and cataracts, anticancer properties and the ability to promote stable blood sugar levels.

Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright) has been used since the Middle Ages to reduce eye inflammations. It may be used topically, but is very beneficial taken internally to reduce watery, painful and itchy eyes caused by colds and allergies. Other benefits include the maintenance of good vision and eye health.

I have frozen blueberries. Twice this week I have heard that blueberries are ‘so’ healthy, so I did some Research and omg! They are full of antioxidants, vitamins, helps with memory, has anti-aging properties, helps with memory, can help with urinary tract issues, eye care, motor skills, helps with memory…etc. ) lol
My issue is I love blueberries in muffins, cakes, etc but hate them raw. But the desserts sort of cancel out the healthyness! But I can make the muffins healthier with better ingredients. But will the cooked blueberries be just as good? I can’t find any article that touches on this. Thanx!

I am 26 and would like to find a good anti aging skin care line. I would like to start using an anti aging line as preventive maintenance. I need something that is also fragrance free. I am willing to pay decent money for a line that works. Anyone have any luck with a skin care line?
