I was wondering if there was any anti aging skincare products or thing I can use in order to look young and not have my skin age as fast. I could really use this anti aging skincare solution because it will help me out a lot in life. If anyone has a solution, that would be great!

The Effects of Sleep Deprivation on Student
Parents and teachers always ask their children to get plenty of sleep at a young age. Most common children ignore the adult’s remarks without thinking of the coming consequences. The children will realize the different in their body and mind as they grow older. Their memory will shorten and their body decreases in the amount of growth hormone. Causes of body and mind decay are commonly come from lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation on students will be fix when students changing some of their habits.
National Sleep Foundation recent study state, “63% of college students do not get enough sleep.” Sleep deprivation is a way of life for most students, especially during exam times. 15% percent of college students admit that they fall asleep in class. Students who studied hard all week and then stayed up all night partying on the weekend lost as much as 30% of what they had learned during the week. I am quite handsome as some friends says. But not too handsome as I have aged abit. What food should I eat for anti aging? Any creams to apply to my face and skin? Should I take anti aging HGH?
Any advice to make me younger and handsome will be appreciated.
Note: don’t tell me about plastic surgery as that is not natural beauty.

I am an 18 year old female. People say I look 16 though. Once I hit 18, I started thinking about the future. I’m scared to get wrinkles and stuff. I have never smoked a single cigarette in my life, and I have only had 2 SIPS of alcohol before. I wash my face in the morning and at night. Also I use a light exfoliator (morning and night) Plus I moisturize afterwards, and at a random time mid-day. My moisurizer is built in with a sunscreen so i get protection from there. As for makeup, I used to wear it for school (not EVERY day) But now I haven’t worn it since my grad. maybe once or twice after. I’m going to work on just wearing it for special occasions =)
I drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat REALLY healthy and exercise atleast 1 hour every day. I eat blueberries a lot, because i heard it was anti aging, plus they taste good! lol. I also drink green tea. I use a stronger exfoliator twice a week, steam my face twice a week, and use homemade face masks 3 times a week. Also, both my parents look younger than their age. Should I be worried? I’m doing my best to stay healthy,
