I am kind of worried about the wrinkles on my face. I heard anti aging face creams are effective in combating wrinkles. My question is; are they really effective? If anti aging face creams are not effective, what other options are available?

I’m interested in hearing from ladies who had fine lines/wrinkles beforehand and then used a product that helped minimize the appearance…there are so many anti-aging products out there that it makes my head spin and I have no clue where to start.

I see all of these ads for Resveratrol Supplements and I’ve read how Barbara Walters was convinced that Resveratrol works and that even Oprah endorsed it.
Does it really work for anti-aging?

On the box of my Eucerin Q10 Anti-Wrinkle creme, it says “Together with Vitamin E and Beta-Carotene, it also forms a powerful antioxidant complex to protect against the damaging effects of free radicals.”
Does this Q10 really help prevent aging?

I am getting on in life, and have always used Olay cream ever since it was called Oil of Ulay, and i have finished it and the only Olay cream they have in my country is a fake one which is terrible. Can anyone give me a good anti-aging cream that i can use. I have combination skin, but mostly dry and like to feel that its a little greasy but not too much. At the moment i am using sun cream lol. Any advice would be great.

I read online somewhere that soy milk isn’t actually “milk”. That it was originally the waste that accumulated after making tofu…or something like that. Does anyone know?
Also, does anyone know of a vitamin/s that help with anti-aging? Does vit. C help in this process? Thanks in advance!

We all want to stay looking young! Throughout time people have continued to search for the fountain of youth. The secret to a youthful appearance is simple! Keep your skin soft, supple and wrinkle free. Maintaining beautiful, clear skin is a multi-billion dollar industry. Anti aging skin care is a huge industry competing for your dollar. Manufacturers of anti aging skin care products know we will spend large amounts of money trying to make ourselves look younger and better. So, how do we select a product that is effective and a good value and not simply let unscrupulous companies sway us with their fancy market techniques? I have some really good tips I would like to share to help you select an anti aging skin care product of the highest quality.
1. Collagen and elastin are two major proteins in connective tissue. They are instrumental in keeping your skin younger by providing elasticity and pliability. Many anti aging skin care treatments boast their product contain collagen. Unfortunately, collagen is not useful applied directly on our skin, as in a cream, because its molecules are too large to penetrate the skin. Therefore, any skin product claiming it contains Collagen as a desirable ingredient is just exploiting the public’s ignorance. I do have some good news! Collagen is effective in improving your skin’s appearance when it is produced by your own body. Collagen production by your own body can be stimulated by the use of special substances like Phytessece Wakame and Coenzyme Q10.
