So about 2 days ago i took about 1 1/2 Dose ages of NyQuil PM and a anti histamine’s . And now i’m feeling a bit funny, i talked to my father about it and he says he gets the same symptoms as me : Light headed, Cant Focus , and just feel Little weird in general. Is there anything i can do to get all the anti histamines out of my system faster? Exercise ? Food? Ext

I travel quite a bit for my job and the number one question people ask is, “how old are you?” From the time I was 13, people have always guesstimate my age as 3 years older. A lot of people do consider me mature for my age and I like that. Today, a new colleague and I were going through photos and he automatically assumed that the photos were taken last month or so. When I told him that they were taken in 2006, he flipped. He said that when I get old, I will be “OLD” looking. Had it come from a girl, I would have been able to brush it off; but a guy said it and that bites. I’m not attracted to him or anything, but it hurt like hell. My aunts are all in their late 50s and they don’t look a day over 40. I have good genes, (maternally and paternally) so what’s wrong with me? My dad went grey prematurely, but once he shaves, he looks his age! How can I slow down or reverse aging so quickly?? Please help.
