Salmon, walnuts, anti-oxidant veggies (those with lots of bright color and fiber), soymilk, brown rice, flaxseed oil, yams, water, etc. See Nicholas Perricone’s book (The Wrinkle Cure).
bananas – they contain potassium, and food that contain phytochemicals, like fruits and vegetables to help slow the effects of aging, such as whole grains, salmon, spinach sweet potatoes, and olive oil. drinking green tea (anti-oxidant) also helps.
Mostly they are foods that don’t taste good! Cruciferous vegetables, broccoli, garlic, onions, turmeric, cumin. Also, many fruits are high in antioxidants, but you can overdo it eating fruits as they are very high in sugar. Blueberries, oranges, bilberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, and grapes are all good for you and have vitamins and antioxidants.
Eat less high-fat, high-protein foods, and be sure to get enough fiber in your diet. Eat nuts in moderation as they are very high in fat, but do eat some every day, especially almonds.
