If you’re fair, take it from me(I had 2 basal cell carcinoms’s removed from my face this past August.), stay away from the sun.
Yes, you can use anti-aging stuff now. Just speak with a qualified aesthetician, and she can advise you which products to use for your age bracket.
Do wear sunscreen, each and every day.
Eat lot’s of fruits and veggies, and take some vitamins.
You don’t want skin cancer like I had.
You have no need to use anti-aging products right now. Since you are only 20 and you have fair skin, your best bet to prevent aging and sun damage is to cleanse and moisturize daily and in addtion use an very good sunscreen, 25 SPF or higher (only during the day — use non SPF moisturizer at night, if needed). If you “get red” after being in the sun, then you have been burned. That is troubling because you are increasing your risk for skin cancer everytime that happens.
