Which is a more potent and effective antioxidant for anti-aging? Resveratrol or Pycnogenol?

On a molecular level they are practically the same….I buy which ever one is on sale at the time….
I’d just like to point out, there is no evidence that antioxidants slow the aging process. While it may be possible, clinical trials have been negative, in that regard.
I don’t know anything really about Pycnogenol but I do know there are ongoing studies with Resveratrol that show a lot of promise. Here’s some interesting articles on the subject from my favorite website for researching these things. I only recently learned about Resveratrol and now that I’ve seen your question, you’ve given me another antioxidant to look in to.
